Spaces Open In Our Martial Arts Gymnastics Class

Specifically designed for students wanting an advance approach to training, this program will introduce basic gymnastic skills to increase core strength, develop advanced mobility and footwork, and will even help brown belts with their round-offs! Specifically, this program will teach Back Handsprings, Aerials, Front Walkovers, Standing Back Tucks, Cartwheels, Handstands, Back Extensions, and Kip Ups to name a few. Mrs. Pam Robinette heads up this awesome program, teaching students how to "kick it and stick it!"
