Cardio Kick Boxing

Come join us on Saturdays at 8:00AM and Wednesdays at 7:00AM, for the Kick Masters Cardio Kick Boxing Program. Open to all women 12 years or older, this high energy workout takes self-defense techniques and combines them with motivating music and the excitement of an aerobic workout.
